    swimming drafting is one of the great arts if you are behind and one of the great insults if you are ahead.

    Yes. In biking stage it is illegal, but during swimming it is allowed. Make sure you don’t swim behind somone slower or much faster than you (ideally he should be at the same pace or slightly faster)

    drafting is allowed …
    drafting is allowed everywhere except biking. You can draft in the water or on the run.
