It is nothing just make your exercise easier……….than before……
like to swim faster with more efficiency, Improve your cycling power and endurance, Run faster Protect against injury and develop explosive power with strength and flexibility training etc.

Start with the link provided by Bob A and type into Google "Triathlon Training."
Personally I would start with weight training and a major change of diet over the winter. For most beginning triathletes swimming is the real weak event. Work on proper swimming over the winter. Around March start with running and bicycling. Bicycling will be the costliest in terms of equipment. High end triathlon bicycle and wheels will run upwards of $6,000 to $8,000. Certainly you don’t have to spend that much, but the bicycle can make or break a triathlon race.

Training plans should not just focus on the immediate needs of “What should I do today?” or even just for the week. You need to start with the big picture. A comprehensive training plan can be broken down into several periods each of which will represent a new phase of training.
