    My husband and I swear by Powercranks.You are going to love what they do for your hamstrings and hip flexers. I suggest you stretch though, b/c I have not been doing that and I am running into problems with a stiff hip. You basically will start to see results after 3 weeks(depending on the amount you use them) They will make you really strong and they simulate running! Nice!
