    Not true. The most widely accepted style of pedaling for maximum efficiency is to pedal in circles. Is this true for everyone? Probably not. Do some people pedal ovals. Probably. I’ve been running and cycling for nearly 22 years and I have never met or ridden with anyone who attests to the “oval” method … but to each his own.
