I hate going to the gym to workout. Due to sitting at my computer all day I slowly gained weight to 300 pounds! Two months ago I began working out on my TRX Suspension Trainer at home and I am getting into the best shape of my life. It sets up in one minute and is the same equiptment used by the pros and trainers everywhere. I don’t know if the TRX will work for you but what if it does?     To increase the work out you need to lift your pelvis.
    This is just an active exercise for tigh muscles and isometric for abs
