Cobra Energy Drink IronMan Workout tips with Coach Noy Jopson (Part 2, Bike)

A series of workout videos entitled, Cobra Energy Drink Ironman Workout Tips of the Day where first Filipino Elite Champion of the Cobra Ironman 70.3 Triathlon, Coach Noy Jopson coaches professional dancer, Rein Navarro with workouts that are meant to improve one’s swim muscles, bike muscles and running muscles. It’s interesting to watch because you’ll see how Rein starts out as just a triathlete wannabe and grows into a beginner triathlete as the workouts progress. The workout tips videos are functional and fun; meant for serious athletes and anyone and everyone who wants to stay fit.
